First and foremost I would like to thank you for you continued support. We endeavor to provide you with the safest environment without compromising the integrity of you experience. We are extremely fortunate to have a large salon which allows us to socially distance our clients from each other. I would like to bring to your attention the safety and hygiene changes we’ve made to the salon, and what we expect from you the client while attending your appointment.

Safety & Hygiene Changes

All staff are certified in COVID 19 infection control and sanitisation.

All staff will be using the relevant PPE where socially distancing of 2mtrs in not achievable.This will include, face covering, face shield & goggles, disposable gloves and aprons.

We have dedicated 1.5 hours per day to sanitising the salon.

We have installed safety screens at reception & nail stations.

All touch points will be sanitized before and after each client visit

PVC covering on the salon beds will be sanitized before and after each client

Facial & Massage rooms will be fully sterilized between each client

We will be giving each Nail client their own file & buffer. This will be stored in the salon in a sealed container with you details on it for your next visit.

We will call to confirm your appointment 24hrs before hand, take a deposit of €10 and ask you a list of COVID 19 questions.

What we expect from you:

Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment.

Upon arrival to the salon, please wash your hands thoroughly. There are WC facilities in the lobby of the building. There is no longer WC facilities in the salon.

Please wear a face covering to your appointment.

You will be greeted in the lobby, your temperature will be taken.

Upon entering the salon you will be greeted and taken immediately to your treatment room or area. Your therapist has been fully trained on safety practices and will guide you through your treatment. Your therapist will let you know when it is appropriate to remove your face covering. Please do not remove your face covering unless you are asked too.

When your treatment is finished you will be advised when it is safe to leave your treatment room.

You can purchase retail, vouchers & rebook at the end of your treatment

Although we have increase outgoings with PPE, disposables etc, we will NOT be increasing our price list. We simple ask in return for you to support us. Ways to do this are:

REVIEW US: Facebook and Google reviews are a great way to promote our business

BOOK A COURSE: We offer courses of facials, nails & waxing

SHOW UP: We loose so much revenue each year through no-shows. We understand things happen but where possible, reschedule your appointment if you need to. This allows us to fill the space from our waitlist.

RETAIL: We offer many prestigious brands in store, including VOYA, Skeyndor & Dermalogica.

Thank you in advance for your patience, there will be delays & we will make mistakes while we try to figure out “ the new normal”. But our ultimate goal is to delivery the safest environment without comprising your experience.
